This position is responsible for leading process and quality improvement, and business process reengineering through exemplary change leadership and process management skills, Lean Six Sigma (L6S), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and related business process reengineering tools and methodologies. This position also coordinates, and or provides training and certification coaching and mentoring at the request of the Executive Leadership.
