This position has four major responsibilities. They are: Management and responsibility of process improvement projects leading to the delivery of, one or more of the following: improved HR functions, improved organizational efficiencies, improved organizational effectiveness. These projects will follow organizationally accepted methodologies such as but not limited to: PMI, BPMS, (Business Process Management) DMAIC, DMADV, Q, VOC, (Voice of the Customer).
