This individual will be responsible for making recommendations of business process improvement projects as well as be expected to continuously challenge the status quo to drive culture change in the Business Unit towards a methodical, data driven approach to problem solving with an emphasis on root cause problem solving and sustaining improvements. Within 12-18 months, this individual could take on other customers such as IBM, Kodak, Dell, etc and then transition to the Business Center of Excellence (corporate).
