Manage the operation, staffing, performance and development of the facility management and service delivery organization. Ensure a seamless interface and healthy partnership with client retained organization by demonstrated leadership, responsiveness, customer focus, and creativity. Oversee the management of expense budgets and savings programs. Develop and effectively implement a site action plan that reflects Client, COE, and Account strategic objectives and priorities.
