Own & drive the end-to-end delivery of the company's Consumer Services engagements. Ensure that team meets and exceeds all engagement deliverables. Create and deliver upon measurable, quarterly commitments for the team. Develop metrics to evaluate and analyze team's performance against goals. Be responsible for team members training, performance, commitments, reviews, and career plans and growth.
