The Service Manager is responsible for planning and managing the contracted services to the customer. The Manager has overall responsibility for commercial, service, and financial management. The Service Manager ensures that Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with customers, vendors, and service providers are being met as defined by the contractual statements of work. The manager is also responsible for the overall client satisfaction with the engagement.
