Work closely with the Operations leadership and manufacturing plants to identify areas of opportunities to leverage technology to drive efficiencies that will reduce cycle time, increase inventory turns and provide productivity improvements. Drive standardization among the Tools group manufacturing and supply chain arena to simplify and standardize processes in preparation of Global Platform 2010 initiative. Lead the transformation of the IT support team from support focus to value focus.
