The role of Senior Vice President has been created to work closely with the President of the company over the next several years, with the goal that the Senior Vice President will move into the President's position in a 3 to 5 year time frame. It is anticipated that this move will coincide with a strong equity opportunity and/or the chance to become part of the ownership group.
