The Senior Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the CEO, is a key member of the executive management group. Overall responsibility for the performance, implementation and strategy of guest services, training, program development, marketing, cost control, P&L and overall store operations including; strategic and operating plans, budgets, organizational and staff development and execution of plan.
