Develop and oversee a training curriculum that ensures all service personnel have the necessarily skills and tools to successfully provide superior quality service to our advisors, build a long term career within the Service Center through innovative and best in class criteria. Develop and implement an on-boarding process for new service representatives to assure they are professionally integrated into the Service Center Quality Culture.
