The Executive in this position oversees and manages the Production Services area within Business Technology Services at the company. Will participate in the Senior Management team of Business Technology Services, providing sound views on vision, strategy and governance. Responsibilities include: Technology Infrastructure Architecture, Technology Infrastructure Engineering, Data Network Telecom - Voice, Data Center Operations, Change and Release Management, Information Security, Help Desk, Desktop support and Problem and Incident Management.
