Our client, a fortune 500 financial services industry leader, seeks a Senior Vice President, Division Head to join their team at their mid-West location. The selected candidate in this executive level leadership role will be responsible for setting broad direction, policies and guidelines for a major functional division. They will develop annual business plans and direct a staff through subordinate managers in the execution of these plans. The Division Head will manage several departments and have responsibility for a staff of 1,500+ employees with annual revenue of $50 - 300 million.
