The Senior Vice President will direct, coordinate, oversee and set the strategic direction of Inbound and Outbound Collections. The SVP will ensure that all aspects of every department are handled efficiently and that Associates within those departments are properly managed. Meets goals, develops staff, recommends change, reviews/improves processes, reports on results. Manages a multi-site diverse workforce in a fast-paced production environment. Provides leadership, direction and mentoring for Sr. Manager's, Directors, and AVP's of the various departments.
