The primary task of TPU technical service is to generate solutions for our customers. Recommendations concerning the processing of urethane resins are made and customers are assisted in the proper design and use of their equipment. Once physical and processing data for new or existing products have been generated, technical service will communicate these, in collaboration with the sales force, to our customers. Visits of our customers' plants and hands-on involvement are part of the objective.
