Responsible for performing complex substation engineering design functions for substation projects. Engineer is responsible for assigned projects from budget preparation through engineering and for providing engineering support through construction and commissioning periods. Provides technical support to and training for less experienced professionals. Assumes a lead role on team assignments and provides direction to others as required.
