Responsible for the applicable distribution and actions required, regarding subcontractor issues. Initiates immediate discussion with the subcontractor upon receipt of any correspondence that requires clarification or is deemed to be non-responsive. Ensures that complete understanding of the subcontractor's issue/response, has been clarified and confirms in writing.
