Responsible for the applicable actions required regarding subcontractors. Initiates immediate discussion with the subcontractor upon receipt of any correspondence that requires clarification or is deemed to be non-responsive. Ensures that complete understanding of the subcontractor's issue/response, has been clarified and confirms in writing. Develops request for proposals and assists in preparing the job description.
