Senior Strategy Advisory, the incumbent reports directly to the President. You will advise and sit in for the President on various projects directing future course of the business. You will be groomed for a potential position of Plant COO. The incumbent will be partnering with the President and his staff to develop business materials for deployment of the overall strategy both organic + inorganic, global growth investments and productivity.
