This position is responsible for performing sourcing, negotiation, and contracting activities. Primary focus will be on negotiating Consulting Services Agreements and managing a Partner Program. Important initial priorities will include analyzing spending behavior to identify & quickly capitalize upon cost savings opportunities, and implementing improvements to procurement processes in order to shorten cycle times and improve service levels.
