Accountable for leading activities for improving the Rotors and Assembly COE operational plans. Assist the Director, IMT Leaders, Chief IE and Group Leaders within the COE to provide for cost, quality, and schedule objectives and to actively participate with support organizations. Will be responsible for labor forecasting/planning, machine loads, rate tooling projections, capital planning/status, as well as ad-hoc data analysis.
