Provide research and analytical support for the selection and evaluation of materials. Responsible for directing and performing chemical and materials analysis lab activities to support major lab responsibilities, such as materials qualification, chemical process development and materials selection for new technologies. Work with Mechanical Development Engineering, Materials, and Supplier Development Engineering, to develop and coordinate test plans to develop new materials, characterize product components and identify process contaminants.
