Responsible for the management and maintenance of the WNS Business/Quality Management System and for ensuring compliance with all applicable ISO/TL standards. Identify process gaps that impact business performance and work with the respective functional leaders to assess and resolve them. Drive process improvements through regular review and follow up on internal Corrective Action Requests, (CAR). Provide support and oversight of the process training and application throughout WNS working with regional and functional primes on specific processes.
