The project manager shall coordinate requirements for each of the courses with the course managers and personnel providing the instruction, the Government trainers, the operations section of the CEHC (Counter Explosives Hazards Center), and the COR (Contract Office Representative) so as to insure no overlap/conflict between training offered by the Government and that offered by the contractors. The project manager shall advise the COR when, in the contractor's opinion, the Government's current in-service equipment, training aids, training areas are in need of repair or upgrade.
