The Senior Project Manager requires working with Business Leads, Stakeholders and staff to help plan and organize software projects; monitor progress; help to identify and address key dependencies and issues across different project teams; prepare periodic status reports and communicate major issues for management resolution; ensure process consistency across Billing & Collections Value Stream.
