The Engineering Senior Project Manager is responsible for programming, scope development, design, budget development, capital appropriation, design review, internal project communication, scope management, financial reporting, constructability reviews, procurement, start-up scheduling, client interfaces, and project overall schedule on engineering lab, office and infrastructure projects totaling less than $75 million. Establish for each project a project management program, which delivers a schedule and cost that meets the project objectives.
