Manage a major construction project from development through closeout. Review/ negotiate engineering, equipment, & construction contracts, manage project meetings with all stake holders, manage the start-up, construction and turnover phase. Support the closeout of the project and all related contracts. Manage change in all phases of the project, maintain control of cost, schedule and quality to ensure the project is executed within the constraints of the overall project budget.
