Developing engineering designs and specifications, cost estimates, and material specifications. Works with equipment vendors to plan layouts, utility requirements, and installation schedules. Conducts comprehensive engineering planning, design, and operational studies in pre-project studies. Determines design criteria in accordance with required standards and codes for assigned projects. Provides engineering guidance to plant personnel.
