Responsible for sourcing and procurement of all goods and services for the Company. Prepares, analyzes, and negotiates medium to high-level complexity contracts with acceptable legal and business terms and conditions that will be consistently interpreted and administered. Communicates with vendors and/or people within organization in a timely and professional manner with respect to new and pending contract service requests. Maintains confidential and sensitive information.
