Develop master plans and execution plans for validation projects; develop and manage the associated validation project budgets.Train FT or contract personnel who will be executing validation protocols on how to execute the protocols.Support the core validation program for harmonized approaches between Shire HGT sites.Requirements - Require B.S. with at least 4 years validation experience or M.S. with at least 3 years validation experience in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry.
