Develop new gum/confectionery processes in the pilot plant or at manufacturing site that provide new product breakthrough or significantly reduce the cost of an existing product. Lead project team and coordinate project plans and detailed project time lines using project management tools such as Microsoft project. Work with outside vendors to identify new equipment that produces new products not known to market or improve how existing products are produced.
