The candidate that fills this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of operations processes that are consistent with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, best industry practices, and new tools that are being deployed at the Customer location. The candidate must have process-engineering experience encompassing at least one of the following disciplines: Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and Availability Management.
