Oversee activities regarding overall facility design and process development including: coordinate and execute process engineering assignments; analyze all technical aspects of assigned projects and recommend design changes; define scope of project in accordance with client requirements; develop process budgets, schedules, and staffing plans for individual projects; evaluate vendor proposals for technical performance and make vendor recommendations.
