This position manages manufacturing supervisors and superintendents. We are looking for a high-potential person who can move into more senior positions, is comfortable as part of the Plant Leadership (policy) Team, has the abilities to lead Lean and Six Sigma process improvement initiatives, and likes to work in an innovative team environment.
