The senior packaging engineer will work with mechanical, fluidics, optical engineers, chip design & chip fabrication engineers and molecular biologists to define requirements and be a strong contributor to the design of Pacific Biosciences proprietary chip-package. The senior packaging engineer will be a key contributor in determining, demonstrating and establishing the fabrication processes and the appropriate set of vendors for the chip-package.
