Presents/sells improvement projects to supplier's senior management to ensure support of project. Implements situation appraisal and plan development at selected suppliers for efficiency or systems improvements. Sets targets, forecasts impact, and monitors results. Conducts training sessions on Best Practices (BP) methods at suppliers and Honda of America Mfg., Inc. (HAM). Conducts informational, management, orientation, and model line meetings. Maintains visual management documents. Presents to senior management as needed.
