The incumbent uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the client's business. The incumbents responsibilities include: organization design, change management, benefits realization, communication strategy, stakeholder management, and culture transformation. The incumbent provides team leadership, as well as managing client relationships in complex environments. This is a hand's on delivery role, not an account management or business development role.
