You will partner with the business to define and execute the performance and organizational effectiveness strategy. You will be involved in leading Performance Management, Succession Management, the Employee Satisfaction Survey and Career Development efforts. You will consult with the business to achieve our talent management goals by providing data analysis and interpretation, process improvement recommendations, briefings with executives and HR leaders, and metrics reporting.
