Provide leadership for a subcontracts group of up to 10 subcontract managers and subcontract procurement administrators to achieve the business and financial objectives of the assigned business area and Civil business unit. Responsible for staffing assignments, staffing levels, performance evaluations, development and guidance for assigned employees.
