The Program Manager will provide leadership and direction to a business unit comprised of a dispersed team of thirty professionals who provide a wide range of complex IT and business services to the customer. The Program Manager will be accountable for the delivery of services, customer satisfaction and the financial performance of four Firm Fixed Price Prime Contracts. In addition, the Program Manager will lead and direct a separate team that provides IT, HR, Payroll, Staffing, Training, Planning, Accounting, and Facility Management to the business unit.
