Responsible for covering all non-Military Construction program issues for the COE Afghanistan Engineer District. This is a headquarters coordination position and would suit someone with a fairly broad program manager skillset. The types of responsibilities would include providing briefings to senior leadership on Afghanistan issues, assisting the District with resolving issues and challenges, analysis of program execution and preparation of reports, and coordinating with external stakeholders.
