Leads all aspects of product forecast consolidations, including purchase plan creation, approval and reporting processes. Directs the alignment of Sales Partner group product life cycles, supply strategies, and demand requirements with company supply and distribution goals. Acts as POC for Demand Planners to align forecasted demand with supply throughout the product lifecycle, as well as Replenishment Managers for issues relating to inventory planning and fulfillment.
