The Senior Manager of Facilities Planning will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of PA regional facility / space plans in support of the Biotechnology, Immunology, and Oncology (BIO) business and other PA based customers.The Senior Manager of Facilities Planning will lead a team of planning professionals to provide facility planning expertise to optimize the PA facility portfolio (2.5MM SF, 4,000 occupants), including analyses of facility investments and divestitures for office, lab, vivaria, process, and other facility types.
