Manage the efforts of three or more Engineering Design Teams. Includes organizing, prioritizing and assigning tasks. Responsible for the scope, accuracy and timeliness of design release. Oversee a team of Electronics Packaging Engineers to insure vendor-purchased parts/equipment meet specification, cost and schedule. Devise, draft and deliver test plans for electronic boxes.
