Responds to the Director of Engineering in conjunction with other of the company's disciplines to insure Departmental and Corporate Objectives are met. Experience leading a large team of engineers is essential. Candidate must have experience participating in technical design reviews both internally and with external customers. A familiarity with hands-on interface and subcontract management as well as a working knowledge of environmental and structural test methods required. Budget and scheduling experience a plus.
