Responds to the Director of Engineering in conjunction with other company disciplines to insure Departmental and Corporate Objectives are met. Candidate shall have knowledge of Finite Element Analysis, Dynamic and Vibration response and Thermal design. Experience leading a large team of engineers is essential. Candidate must have experience participating in technical design reviews both internally and with external customers. A familiarity with hands-on interface and subcontract management as well as a working knowledge of environmental and structural test methods required.
