The Senior Manager leads multi-functional teams to assess new business opportunities (including Mergers & Acquisitions) for Company, develops strategies and business plans, and presents recommendations to Senior Executives. He/she also manages selected important growth initiatives which includes negotiating partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions as well as leading market / technology development efforts.
