Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Responsible for planning and implementation of maintenance activities in order to achieve the optimum reliability of the plant assets. Be an active player on the Total Productivity Maintenance program to achieve the highest maintenance standards.
