This individual will play a very important role working in conjunction with science & technology, marketing and manufacturing organizations to deliver innovative, new products and services to fuel growth of our rapidly growing roof accessory business. Specifically, the individual will develop new or enhanced material and process designs for roof shingle and roof accessory products, and lead implementation of the production processes needed to produce these new products in OC plants or manufacturing partners.
