Developing and leading the Service Operations strategy and execution of the Employee Service Centers (ESC). Increasing and maximizing service levels, operational capabilities and efficiencies. Establish relationships with senior functional leaders across the organization to seek feedback on operation performance. Lead, develop and coach a team of 80+ ESC associates in the Florida and Texas facilities providing support to more than 200,000 client employees in areas that include: Payroll, Benefits Services, Retirement Services, and HR Services.
