The candidate will lead the critical systems management and daily support efforts for operations. The Senior Director of Product Support will work closely with OSS Engineering, Program Management and Integration & Development groups to ensure timelines are met and quality products are delivered. Establish a change control process and procedures to ensure timely changes balanced with service availability.
